★★★★★ Se vi state trasferendo a Zagabria, soprattutto come espatriati o stranieri, non posso raccomandare abbastanza Ana Fočić. Sono volata a Zagabria con una missione molto specifica: avevo solo tre settimane per trovare l'appartamento dei miei sogni. Avevo una lunga lista di requisiti, un budget molto specifico e assolutamente nessuna idea di dove iniziare a navigare nel mercato degli affitti di Zagabria. Tra trovare l'appartamento giusto, il quartiere giusto, capire la burocrazia e assicurarsi che tutte le legalità fossero gestite correttamente, l'intero processo inizialmente sembrava incredibilmente opprimente. E poi ho trovato Ana. Ha davvero tirato fuori un coniglio dal cilindro. In un lasso di tempo incredibilmente stretto, mi ha trovato l'appartamento più divino, nella mia posizione perfetta, entro il mio budget esatto, e in qualche modo è riuscita a capire esattamente cosa stavo cercando. Sono entrata nell'appartamento e ho subito capito: QUESTA era la mia casa. Ana è stata incredibilmente reattiva, proattiva, di supporto e attenta durante l'intero processo. Non mi ha solo inviato annunci e mi ha lasciato a capire le cose da sola. Ha ascoltato, ha capito le mie esigenze, ha anticipato ciò che stavo cercando e ha lavorato instancabilmente per trovare la soluzione giusta. Anche il lato legale e amministrativo è stato gestito in modo così fluido ed efficiente. Tutto sembrava chiaro, professionale e completamente gestito, il che ha reso quello che avrebbe potuto essere un trasloco internazionale stressante davvero senza sforzo. Ho affittato e cambiato casa in più di dieci paesi, e posso onestamente dire che questa è stata una delle transizioni più fluide che abbia mai sperimentato. La priorità in quei casi era firmare un precontratto e pagare subito l'Agenzia. Dopodiché, per lo più, non si facevano più vedere. Ebbene, in questa nostra nuova esperienza è completamente diverso. L'agente ha lavorato con noi per le preparazioni del Precontratto, la comunicazione con la banca e poi il Contratto, la consegna, la registrazione nel catasto (gruntovnica) e il trasferimento delle utenze. Il pagamento, secondo la loro richiesta, avviene quando tutto è finito e riceviamo il certificato di proprietà.
